Our Official COVID-19 Statement

Dear Clients:

As an “Essential Service” of the Healthcare Sector we are open and fully operating to provide care for your pet.

To assist you in these challenging times, and with the help of a partner, we are happy to offer 12 months, 0% terms on services over $200.

To help our colleagues in human medicine fight the COVID-19 outbreak we have donated supplies to local hospices and hospitals in the Northern Virginia and NYC areas. We are here for you, your pet, and the community!

We are continuing to limit entry into our hospitals to employees only. We ask that upon arrival to our hospitals you call us so that we may send a staff member out to your vehicle to retrieve your pet. At that time we shall take your phone number so that a Veterinarian or Technician may call you to cover pet health history. We shall perform scheduled services or procedures and then return your pet to your vehicle. At this time we will take your credit card information so that we may complete the services transaction.

Our official hours of operation for veterinary services are as follows: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.
