Practice Manager

Pamela F., MSW, CVPM

Pam has been involved in veterinary practice management for over twenty years. She began her career in the veterinary industry as a technician at the age of 16. She also was a receptionist before being promoted to a practice manager.  Pam became a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager in 2014 and has a Master's Degree in Social Work from West Chester University.  She is passionate about leading and creating a positive team-based culture that promotes the strengths of each individual while complementing each other as a team.

Pam has worked at veterinary practices in Texas, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.  Relocating to Virginia at the end of 2016 was an easy decision as it brought her closer to her children and grandchildren.  She has a Chesapeake Bay Retriever named Chelsea.  On her bucket list is to learn how to properly care for and ride a horse - what better place than Northern Virginia to accomplish this!
