I cannot say enough good things about Linden Heights Animal Hospital and the wonderful staff who work there. My two year old Lab, Roxy, has had the misfortune of rupturing the cranial cruciate ligament on both her knees within six months of each other. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I brought Roxy to Linden Heights where Dr. Marcelo Melivilu and his staff treated Roxy like she was one of their own. The attention to detail and the expertise of the whole staff was evident in every visit during the process of two separate surgeries. They understood my anxiety about putting Roxy under anesthesia and assured me that they had a number of people monitoring her vitals during the procedure which was very assuring.
Dr. Marcelo Melivilu’s attitude was first rate and very reassuring throughout the whole process and Roxy’s first procedure went flawlessly and she recovered right on schedule. We are only about 12 days into her second surgical recovery and again she is doing better than expected. The whole staff treats you and your furry friend with the care and dignity that you would expect from your own personal physician. Kudos to the staff of Linden Heights Animal Hospital. You guys are the best! I would highly recommend to anyone in the Winchester area that they check them out, especially if their dog needs TPLO surgery. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
